AUTO TRIMMING MACHINE
This unit is mainly applied to remove and clean the remains of excessive glueof the modules after laminated; it works self-acting cutting through program setting whichcan smoothly remove module's redundant remains.
Structural Features
Uses a multi-blade structure with a total of 8 blades working simultaneously on four edges to improve production efficiency.
If the module size changes, simple adjustments can accommodate the production process for different panel sizes.
Uses cylinders for positioning to ensure precise alignment of the module.
Accurate cutting and removal of excess EVA/TPT to ensure the accuracy of the frame.
Four edges are equipped with waste guide plates for easy cleaning.
