The transfer suction cup picks up the glass from the pallet and places it onto the conveyor line for alignment. After alignment, the suction cup lifts the glass. Once the first layer of glass and the solar cells are in position, the second layer of glass descends to a stop 50mm above the first layer. After automatically passing through the busbar, it continues to descend onto the first layer of glass, releases, and the robotic arm ascends.
